Mix up with order, shop very busy so had to wait

Ordered online to pick up at shop, food was good. But why do you get charged for a bag when you din't get one, have noticed this everytime we do a order

Menu from chippy always been great. Gourmet burger inedible - more like a sub-standard burger. I'll stick to the chippy menu from now on!

Ordered fish supper with salt & sauce, when it eventually arrived it was Luke warm and no salt or sauce. Cold fish supper is not a pleasant meal. Obviously the lasagne was a similar temperature

Food was amazing as usual this is the only place I order from if you have a problem give them a call and they sort it straight away

Delivery ordered for 6.40 When I phoned at 6.50 I was told (untruthfully) that the drlivery van had just left. Delivery was eventually made at 7.20 - 40 minutes late. I object to being treated like a fool or being lied to. Your service was well below an acceptable standard in this case.

TOOK AN HOUR TO ARRIVE.

Although food was a little late as they were exceptionally busy. It was worth the wait. Consistently excellent.

Food was lovely. Baked potato with cheese and coleslaw was a huge portion. Doner kebab had a large portion of meat. I’ve ordered from the port seton takeaway a few times.

Driver is friendly and polite. But the address was incorrect??
