Second time in a row order was wrong from what I ordered and what was on my receipt. Food was cold for the fourth time in a row! Quality definitely not as good as it used to be. I always loved the desserts but even the quality of them has went downhill so I don’t even order them anymore. Not sure I will ever place an order again. So disappointed as was always the best chip shop!

Food arrived bang on time but was disappointed to find when I opened my pizza box that they hadn’t made what I ordered. Was after a meat feast pizza with spicy beef extra but effectively received what was a margherita with the spicy beef so was a bit gutted as I enjoy the pizzas. Please could a bit more care be taken when preparing the orders as takeaways aren’t cheap. On the plus side I did enjoy my meal.

The Smoked Haddock was inedible due to the overwhelming saltiness of the fish. The fish went in the bin, chips were great. The other items ordered were good.

I ordered online for collection. When I arrived the queue was out the door. The woman in front of me told me she'd ordered on the phone and she was told to queue. I caught one of the cooks eyes, told him I'd ordered online, he said they weren't taking anymore online orders and I'd just need to queue. They were clearly understaffed on service. The fish was overcooked. I like crispy batter but just out the frier crispy, not been lying too long in the cabinet hardened crispy. The chips had no crispness whatsoever! Overall it was pretty tasteless. I should have waited in the queue at Alandas on Longniddry Bents because that, your food, was over priced and awful. I ordered a few weeks ago too but had a delivery and that too was awful in the same way. Bene's you've gone seriously downhill and I've used you since 2006 but that might have been my last.

Food was lovely however I ordered a chicken and bacon burger and there was no chicken on it 🤣 I tried ringing but no answer. My bacon and salad bap was lovely though.

The girls serving are lovely. However the guy frying on this evening is not customer friendly, nor does he speak nicely to the staff. He needs to attend a course in customer service, as his attitude leaves a lot to be desired.

Phoned in my order it was ready for me to collect on time. Service and food excellent.

A little cold but a big piece of fish and lovely chips

This might sound petty but if you tick the salt and vinegar option box and you get sauce delivered ,it's as if no body in the Port Seton shop isn't paying attention to the order, it's annoying. Good job it's in a separate tub, would totally spoil my order if it was put on the meal. Ta.
