Fish was delicious the night Cheers!

Delivery ordered for 6.40 When I phoned at 6.50 I was told (untruthfully) that the drlivery van had just left. Delivery was eventually made at 7.20 - 40 minutes late. I object to being treated like a fool or being lied to. Your service was well below an acceptable standard in this case.

TOOK AN HOUR TO ARRIVE.

Although food was a little late as they were exceptionally busy. It was worth the wait. Consistently excellent.

Food was lovely. Baked potato with cheese and coleslaw was a huge portion. Doner kebab had a large portion of meat. I’ve ordered from the port seton takeaway a few times.

20 minutes after expected time, chips were on the cold side. First poor experience, every other time I’ve ordered been great!

Order was requested for 1940 but arrived at 1830 - a full 1hr 10mins early!! very disappointing and inconvenient.

Food was cold on arrival. It was a cold evening (-1 or 0C) but you should have a way of keeping food warm until it is delivered.

Food is usually good but tonight was quite greasy and fries were soggy. Disappointing

I never received my order I won’t be going back I have been a loyal customer for many years this is outrageous

Chicken was very dry so disappointed I stopped using Benes for a while so though I'd order something tonight however not great at all tbh not sure I'd use again now.
